As President of Pacific Coast Wire and Cable. since its inception in 2019, Greg is responsible for customer acquisition, vendor relations and business development.   His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and productivity initiatives in the U.S., enhancing Pacific Coast's local and national presence and providing functional support.

Donna Marie Lafayette is originally from the East Coast. She holds a degree in Business and Marketing. Donna Marie was number one in Sales Management in Telecommunications.

Kobus serves as Vice President of Operations at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, where he leads operational efficiency, budgeting and forecasting, process optimization, and cross-departmental execution. He plays a key role in driving sustainable growth and profitability by using data, scorecards, and clear systems to help teams operate in their strongest zones.

Roger Lauricella is a Sales Representative at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, supporting customers in the renewable energy and data center markets with technically sound, thoughtfully designed solutions. He brings extensive experience in substations, collector systems, and transmission line applications, helping customers navigate complex electrical challenges with confidence.

Tricia Dodson is a Sales Representative at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, supporting customers by identifying project needs and responding accurately and on time. With experience spanning both office and field roles, Tricia brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to every project she supports.

Brooke serves as PCWC’s Production and Procurement Leader, overseeing procurement, vendor relationships, production scheduling and execution, inventory coordination, margin protection, and order processing. She plays a critical role in keeping materials flowing, production aligned, and customer commitments on track — all while protecting the health of the business behind the scenes.

Vilma J. Avalos Ortiz serves as an Order Processing Specialist at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, supporting the Production and Procurement team through order management, coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting. Her role helps ensure orders move smoothly from intake through execution, keeping teams aligned and customers informed.

Diane Kasterko is responsible for Payables, Receivables, and cash management. Diane is the owner of Endurance Business Services, a remote bookkeeping service, that has been serving business owners and non-profits for more than 15 years.

Jersey Bergeron serves as the Accounts Receivable Specialist at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, supporting the company’s financial operations by helping ensure billing accuracy and smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams.

Stephen serves as Operations Leader at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, overseeing day-to-day operations across inventory management, warehouse processes, production, safety, and shipping and receiving. He leads and develops team members while driving efficiency, standardization, and consistent execution across the organization.

Scarlett serves as Warehouse Lead at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, and day-to-day warehouse organization. She also supports production operations and helps ensure safety standards are followed across the floor, keeping work flowing smoothly and efficiently.

Jarryd serves as Production Lead at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, where he oversees daily production operations and supports the team on the floor. His role includes learning and operating production equipment, directing personnel across operational areas, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production plans.

David serves as a Production and Warehouse Technician with a focus on training at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable. As the lead training teammate, David has played a key role in onboarding and training most of the warehouse and production team, helping ensure work is done safely, consistently, and to PCWC’s quality standards.

Melissa works in cable manufacturing for solar panel systems, handling everything from cutting cables and installing components to preparing finished products for packaging and shipping. She’s been with PCWC for nine months and plays an important role in keeping production moving smoothly.

Marlon serves as a Production Technician with a focus on apparel at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable. In addition to supporting warehouse production and wire management, Marlon helps source and coordinate apparel and swag for both PCWC customers and the internal team — bringing creativity, organization, and care to how the PCWC brand shows up.

As Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Pacific Coast Wire and Cable,
Ken Kasterko is responsible for facility operations, customer acquisition, and marketing.

Yovanka supports process and system development at PCWC, leading continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen how the company operates day to day. From evolving the PCWC Operating System to refining workflows and reporting, she works closely with every department to ensure the team gets the most value from the tools they use.

Kimberly serves as Office Administrator at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, supporting the team wherever help is needed. From day-to-day administrative support to jumping in behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, Kimberly is often the steady presence that helps everything come together.

As Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager, Michele Lafayette is responsible for providing direct administrative support to Greg, President of PCWC and Human Resources guidance for the team at PCWC. 

Dan Payne brings over 48 years of experience as an innovator, trainer, and designer of various systems related to security, communications, and operational readiness.  Under his direction, his company completed many DoD contracts, various Federal, numerous State, many municipals and 39 Community College contracts.
