Yovanka supports process and system development at PCWC, leading continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen how the company operates day to day. From evolving the PCWC Operating System to refining workflows and reporting, she works closely with every department to ensure the team gets the most value from the tools they use.
Having joined PCWC three months ago, Yovanka is known for being structured, innovative, and deeply caring toward her coworkers. She values the culture at PCWC — a place where people are encouraged, supported, and able to openly share their faith and life experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, being outdoors, working out, and studying the Bible with friends.
