Jarryd Herwill

Jarryd serves as Production Lead at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, where he oversees daily production operations and supports the team on the floor. His role includes learning and operating production equipment, directing personnel across operational areas, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production plans.
With a strong focus on safety, maintenance execution, and product quality, Jarryd helps ensure all builds meet required specifications and customer expectations. Since joining PCWC eight months ago, he has become known for his reliability, calm leadership style, and willingness to step in wherever needed to keep production moving.
Jarryd was drawn to PCWC through a personal recommendation and values the sense of accomplishment that comes from shipping quality orders on time. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, snowboarding, disc golf, rock hounding, and polishing gemstones. His steady mindset guides his leadership approach: stay alert, keep calm, think clearly, and act decisively.
