Melissa Frias

Melissa works in cable manufacturing for solar panel systems, handling everything from cutting cables and installing components to preparing finished products for packaging and shipping. She’s been with PCWC for nine months and plays an important role in keeping production moving smoothly.
Melissa is known for her positive attitude and encouragement toward coworkers. What she enjoys most about working at PCWC is the calm, supportive environment — a place where she feels motivated to do her best. Outside of work, she enjoys resting, spending time with friends, and recharging in smaller gatherings. Her philosophy is simple and powerful: kindness costs nothing and can change someone’s day.
