Kobus serves as Vice President of Operations at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, where he leads operational efficiency, budgeting and forecasting, process optimization, and cross-departmental execution. He plays a key role in driving sustainable growth and profitability by using data, scorecards, and clear systems to help teams operate in their strongest zones.
Since joining PCWC, Kobus has brought a calm, steady presence and a deep focus on both performance and people. He works closely with department leaders to streamline operations, clarify priorities, and ensure the business is aligned with its long-term vision — always asking not just what and how, but why it matters.
What Kobus enjoys most about PCWC is the opportunity to build up both the company and the people within it. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and spending time with his family — and yes, he can walk on his hands.
