Brooke Hagopian

Brooke serves as PCWC’s Production and Procurement Leader, overseeing procurement, vendor relationships, production scheduling and execution, inventory coordination, margin protection, and order processing. She plays a critical role in keeping materials flowing, production aligned, and customer commitments on track — all while protecting the health of the business behind the scenes.
With over three years at PCWC, Brooke is known for her sharp problem-solving skills, quick wit, and ability to bring order to complexity. She works closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time, helping production run smoothly and efficiently. Just as importantly, she brings energy and clarity to the team, making even high-pressure moments feel manageable.
What Brooke enjoys most about PCWC is the team and the culture — a group that genuinely cares for one another and takes pride in how they work together. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, attending sports events and concerts, and spending quality time with family. Her guiding belief says it all: everything is figureoutable.
