Scarlett Herwill

Scarlett serves as Warehouse Lead at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, overseeing inventory management, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, and day-to-day warehouse organization. She also supports production operations and helps ensure safety standards are followed across the floor, keeping work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Since joining PCWC, Scarlett has become known for her ability to stay focused, organized, and engaged while managing multiple responsibilities. She brings energy and creativity to the warehouse, often working with music or podcasts playing as she keeps things moving and on track. Her leadership style balances attention to detail with a positive, steady presence.
Outside of work, Scarlett enjoys painting, listening to music, and dancing. Her outlook carries into how she leads and works each day: life is too short to stress.
