Michelle Lafayette

Executive Assistant / Human Resources

As Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager, Michele Lafayette is responsible for providing direct administrative support to Greg, President of PCWC and Human Resources guidance for the team at PCWC.  Both Greg and Michele (who are brother and sister) describe her role of Executive Assistant like ‘chasing a herd of kittens’ due to the dynamic environment in which they work.  Michele brings over 20 years corporate experience from positions held at American Express, Intuit and Gap Ministries.  Michele held Management positions in Human Resources, Six Sigma Process Improvement, Leadership and Operational Training (domestic and international) and Project Management.  Michele is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Intuit.  Michele was also a small business owner in Tucson, Arizona for six years. 
She currently volunteers for the National Alliance on Mental Illness Southern Arizona (NamiSA) educating Middle and High School students and faculty for the Ending the Silence Program. Michele enjoys walking, working out at the gym, cooking, reading, engaging with friends and family and spends time with her rescue pup, Gracie.  Michele is the mother of two sons, Alex 32 and Wesley 27.
