Marlon serves as a Production Technician with a focus on apparel at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable. In addition to supporting warehouse production and wire management, Marlon helps source and coordinate apparel and swag for both PCWC customers and the internal team — bringing creativity, organization, and care to how the PCWC brand shows up.
With over a year and a half at PCWC, Marlon is known for his strong work ethic, lean process ideas, and generous, team-first mindset. He takes pride in helping wherever needed and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done, whether on the production floor or through brand-focused initiatives.
Drawn to PCWC for its culture and people, Marlon brings energy and positivity to the workplace — often with a smile or a high five. Outside of work, he enjoys customizing vehicles, longboarding, and staying active. His outlook is simple and contagious: smiles are contagious — don’t be the one to stop it
