Stephen Harris

Stephen serves as Operations Leader at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable, overseeing day-to-day operations across inventory management, warehouse processes, production, safety, and shipping and receiving. He leads and develops team members while driving efficiency, standardization, and consistent execution across the organization.
With a strong focus on training, machinery oversight, and maintenance planning, Stephen helps ensure operations run safely, reliably, and in alignment with PCWC’s quality standards. He works closely with teams to improve processes, support production flow, and create systems that allow people to do their best work every day.
Stephen joined PCWC seeking strong culture and work-life balance and has spent over three years helping build both. He is known for his steady leadership style, problem-solving mindset, and genuine commitment to helping others grow. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching youth baseball, getting outdoors, playing board games, and growing vegetables at home. His guiding mindset reflects his approach to leadership be better today than yesterday.
