David Thomas

David serves as a Production and Warehouse Technician with a focus on training at Pacific Coast Wire & Cable. As the lead training teammate, David has played a key role in onboarding and training most of the warehouse and production team, helping ensure work is done safely, consistently, and to PCWC’s quality standards.
With nearly two years at PCWC, David is known for his steady presence, attention to detail, and ability to break down processes in a clear, approachable way. He takes pride not only in making good parts, but in helping others succeed in their roles and grow in confidence on the floor.
Outside of work, David enjoys snowboarding, spending time with his child, and listening to music. His mindset reflects how he shows up each day — calm, consistent, and focused on keeping things running smoothly.
