Meet The Team

President & Co-Founder

Greg Lafayette

As President of Pacific Coast Wire and Cable. since its inception in 2019, Greg is responsible for customer acquisition, vendor relations and business development.   His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and productivity initiatives in the U.S., enhancing Pacific Coast's local and national presence and providing functional support. Previously Greg spent his career in the electrical wholesale industry with a strong background in solar, wire and cable; serving the commercial and industrial markets. Greg is passionate about building long-term relationships and going above and beyond serving others. Greg is very active in and out of the Reno-Tahoe community and serves at his local church as well as many different charity events. Greg enjoys and participates in many sports, he is happily married and has a daughter, 18 , and 2 boys, 23 and 38 years old.

Vice President & Co-Founder

Donna-Marie Lafayette

Donna Marie Lafayette is originally from the East Coast. She holds a degree in Business and Marketing. Donna Marie was number one in Sales Management in Telecommunications. Donna Marie is presently a Business Owner and has delivered her expertise in a very successful progressive Medical Aesthetic practice for 22 years. Donna Marie serves as Vice President and Co-Founder of Pacific Coast Wire and Cable Inc. She strives for excellence in company operations, development of customer relationships, and addressing the customer's needs; integrity is number one. She is a team player, and enjoys the collaborative effort of training, encouraging, and offering support, and direction to others in achieving the common overall objective in productivity and efficiency. Donna Marie is happily married, and a mother to her daughter and two sons.

Dan Payne

Fiber Optic Trainer/Network Consultant

Dan Payne brings over 48 years of experience as an innovator, trainer, and designer of various systems related to security, communications, and operational readiness.  Under his direction, his company completed many DoD contracts, various Federal, numerous State, many municipals and 39 Community College contracts.  Dan is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile administrative support skill set developed through experience as an office manager, secretary, administrative assistant and office clerk.  Certified Training Provider for Lucent Technologies, Seicor, AMP, 3M, Valdor, Fluke, Independent Technologies (OTDR) and 17 other telecommunications industry programs.  He is also a BICSI Certified Training Provider and Electronics Technicians Association (ETA) Certified.  Dan has been a firm believer in long term relationships with clients and customers focused on solutions and accomplishments of all tasks.  Dan has been happily married for over 44 years with two lovely daughters and one grandchild.

Ken Kasterko

Vice President of Operations and Marketing

As Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Pacific Coast Wire and Cable,
Ken Kasterko is responsible for facility operations, customer acquisition, and marketing. Previously Ken spent his career in the Automotive Collision Repair industry with a strong background in operations, culture development, training, and sales support. Ken is passionate about people and creating long-term relationships that help our customers win in the marketplace. Additionally, Ken has been involved in the Greater Reno-Tahoe area in ministry for almost 20 years serving and pastoring.  Ken enjoys hiking, biking, running, and is involved in the ultra-running community. He especially enjoys making his wife of 30 years laugh. He has a son, Ethan 21, and a daughter, Mary 19.

Diane Kasterko

Bookkeeper/Controller

Diane Kasterko is responsible for Payables, Receivables, and cash management. Diane is the owner of Endurance Business Services, a remote bookkeeping service, that has been serving business owners and non-profits for more than 15 years. Diane has a business degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Diane is a QuickBooks expert and has years of experience helping businesses mind their finances and position their businesses for growth. Additionally,  together with her husband, Ken,  Diane has been involved in the Greater Reno-Tahoe area in ministry for almost 20 years serving and pastoring.  Diane enjoys hiking and backpacking.  She loves spending time with her family, especially her young adult children Ethan and Mary

Stephen Harris

Warehouse Manager

As the warehouse supervisor, Stephen is responsible for shipping and receiving, customer service, quality control, and overseeing the assembling of products. He has many years in warehouse production and many years in homebuilding. Stephens' main priority at Pacific Coast is to provide a smooth and efficient warehouse that produces high-quality products that keep the customers satisfied. Stephen enjoys working in his garden, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife Holly, and 2 boys Fischer and Fynn.

Tricia Dodson

Project Manager

As a sales engineer, Tricia is responsible for identifying current and future project needs and responding accurately and timely. With a background in Accounting for 14 years, Tricia ventured to the other side and worked in the field as a Project Coordinator and then Construction Manager in the Solar/Renewables Division. She will be assisting Greg and learning all she can. She enjoys camping, fishing, the ocean (the OUTDOORS), hiking, gardening, and helping others. She enjoys making memories and spending time with her (2) boys and grandson, who live in Reno.

Michele Lafayette

Executive Assistant/Human Resourses

As Executive Assistant and Human Resources Manager, Michele Lafayette is responsible for providing direct administrative support to Greg, President of PCWC and Human Resources guidance for the team at PCWC.  Both Greg and Michele (who are brother and sister) describe her role of Executive Assistant like ‘chasing a herd of kittens’ due to the dynamic environment in which they work.  Michele brings over 20 years corporate experience from positions held at American Express, Intuit and Gap Ministries.  Michele held Management positions in Human Resources, Six Sigma Process Improvement, Leadership and Operational Training (domestic and international) and Project Management.  Michele is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Intuit.  Michele was also a small business owner in Tucson, Arizona for six years. 

She currently volunteers for the National Alliance on Mental Illness Southern Arizona (NamiSA) educating Middle and High School students and faculty for the Ending the Silence Program. Michele enjoys walking, working out at the gym, cooking, reading, engaging with friends and family and spends time with her rescue pup, Gracie.  Michele is the mother of two sons, Alex 32 and Wesley 27.
