Pillar 2: Cable Management Specialties
The cable management and hardware that keep a solar array secure and performing reliably for decades.

The cable management and hardware that keep a solar array secure and performing reliably for decades. We stock a wide range of Balance of System (BOS) products — cable ties, clips, clamps, conduit, loom wrap, and mounting hardware — designed for utility-scale and commercial solar installations. Built to withstand UV exposure, wind loading, harsh weather, and tracker movement, these components protect conductors, maintain proper cable routing, and support long-term system reliability. Whether for new construction, maintenance, or repairs, we keep the essential BOS hardware in stock to help projects stay on schedule and systems operating at peak performance.
What We Supply
Three product families that cover the cable management side of every utility-scale solar project — from the first zip tie on the tracker to the last conduit run into the combiner.

Solar Ties
Solar ties are the backbone of cable management in utility- scale solar arrays — keeping PV homeruns, jumpers, and trunk cables securely bundled, organized, and off the ground
throughout the life of the system. We stock industry-trusted solar-rated solutions, including Heyco SunBundlers — vinyl-jacketed stainlesssteel ties that resist UV degradation and
provide tensile strengths up to 200 lbs — and HellermannTyton heavy-duty UV-rated nylon ties in PA66UV and PA12 materials. Available in sizes from 6" to 21" with tensile ratings up to 175 lbs, these ties are designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments, prolonged sun exposure, and the demands of utility-scale installations. Both UV-rated solar ties — built to outlast the array they bundle

Clips & Clamps
Cable clips and clamps provide a secure, reliable way to route and support cable bundles on module frames, torque tubes, and mounting rails — without the need for drilling, adhesives, or additional hardware. These components help maintain proper cable management, reduce wear from movement and vibration, and keep conductors safely elevated and organized throughout the life of the system. We stock industry-leading solutions including the Burndy/Wiley WCH (Wiley Cable Hanger) family — the preferred cable hanger for utility-scale tracker installations. Constructed from stainless steel with a one-step installation design, WCH hangers are UL1565 listed and accommodate cable bundles from 1" to 2" in diameter. We also carry HellermannTyton edge clips, which combine a stainless-steel module-frame clip with an integrated UV-rated
cable tie — providing a fast, durable, and repeatable cable attachment solution for solar installations.

FAMILY 03
Conduit, Loom Wrap & Hardware
Conduit, loom wrap, and BOS hardware complete the cable management system — providing the protection and support needed for long-term reliability in the field. We supply solar-rated flexible loom wrap and split tubing to protect cables from abrasion when transitioning across module frames, sharp edges, and enclosure entry points. Our inventory also includes the essential hardware that keeps projects moving:
stainless steel and zinc-plated nuts, bolts, washers, screws, and fastener kits commonly used in solar construction and maintenance. While we do not supply racking, ground mounts, or structural piers, we stock the cable protection and installation hardware needed to complete and maintain utility-scale and commercial solar projects — stocked, picked, and ready to ship from our Minden warehouse.
